Hedone Download stuck at 99% (It's actually fully completed)

What I'm seeing in two different browsers.

IE and Chrome are downloading fine, then it sits at 99%

Be Patient. I've heard from several cases, in which the download took some time to jump from 99% to 100%.
A possible reason could be an anti virus tool. Have you tried downloading with your AV Tool disabled?

Same thing with me it was 99% and then it was scaning and this take very long but I just could install the program and then it says hedone could be dangerous :P

The problem is your antivirus, trust me. My AV (Microsoft Security Essentials) Would always make Google Chrome not respond
when the download was near completion. What you have to do is disable your antivirus, AND for extra pro-caution, disable your
Windows Firewall. Your computer won't get massively spammed with viruses cause you left your firewall and AV offline for like 15 minutes.

How to disable Microsoft Security Essentials:

Step 1: Go to the "Settings" tab
Step 2: Click the "Real-Time Protection" tab
Step 3: Then un-tick the "Turn on Real-Time Protection" box
