Question Is Anybody Going to Make a Hedone Wiki?

I think it would be cool to have a wiki as a one stop knowledge base on weapons, skills, etc. in Hedone. Anybody up for it?

Really Good Idea! In case someone could host it or something you'll have my support. I'd also be up for telling people how to write in Wiki Syntax
Just a Mod, not a Dev. All game related information is on an "as far as I know" base. So no guarantee for the completeness or correctness of my statements.

I think what the OP was talking about was creating a real and complete wiki, like a small wikipedia only for Hedone. Media Wiki Software is Open Source and available for free. So all we need is some webspace and a domain. And of course some authors who write articles about Hedone.

But what you've written in your thread could be one valuable article for a Wiki.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiki (englisch)

Well I'm not that far into it, but I think developing a german and an english Wiki on the same server shouldn't be a huge problem. So we could use the German articles to translate them into english and the other way round.

More languages could be added if enough authors would participate in creating wikis in their own language.

I might suggest http://www.wikia.com/Wikia. It's free and makes pretty nice wikis.

Yeah why not, like I said I would write some articles
But I guess we have to wait for the open beta because of the NDA.

Do you know by any chance if that wiki supports the same syntax as media Wiki does?
As I already said: Media Wiki is also free, and you have all opportunities when you host it on your own server.

Some general topics could be written. Like articles about John j. Lazar, the Lazar.us Corporation, the background, the Development team, maybe some articles about Parabellum and the history of the game, general help topics like how to register for Beta and so on and so forth.

I think it's an awesome idea to create a Wiki. I'm more than willing to help in any way that I can.

    1) Who wants to help organize the first efforts, including a list of organizers, contributors and translators?
    2) Where would / should / could it be hosted?
    3) Who would like to be added to a list of people wanting to contribute?
    4) Who would like to help organize the efforts involved in creating proper, effective and accurate translations to ensure that the information stays the same, as much as possible, in all available languages on the wiki?

I will immediately throw myself in as a contributor
