It has become apparent that some players have trouble activating or logging in with their account. This thread is to provide a checklist and/or help to get it to work! Generally, the more details you can provide us here, in e-mails or PM's, the better. But before you start e-mailing, please check below.
1. No e-mail received
Did not receive an activation e-mail with a key? Check your spam folders. If you've set up your Message Filters in a way that it automatically removes spam, then feces has hit the ventilator. Please contact community@aconygames.com, so we can investigate the matter.
2. Cannot log-in
First of all, logging should be possible at any given time, even outside the playtesting days.
"Error: The Password/log in combination does not match an existing account."
This could be caused by several reasons:
1. Check if you've downloaded the correct client. United States, Canada and Mexico need to download the NA (North America) version, whereas Europe can download the EU version. Are you from neither of those areas, please send an e-mail to community@aconygames.com, so we can check which area key you should have received.
2. Your forum log-in is seperate from the game login. You can only log into the game with the name you've provided on the Beta Key registration page.
(Note: If you specifically chose to use the same login details on both forum and the game, then this section is irrelevant.)
3. Check if you have typed the login correctly (check Capslock too, it's a nasSTY BUGGER), as it's case sensitive. Also make sure it's the correct username that you picked when registering for a beta key. I've made this mistake more than once

3. Did you play in the CBT1 (EU) as a US/Mexico/Canada based player? It could be that your account was not transfered to the US database. Please send an e-mail to community@aconygames.com, providing your login name (forum and/or game login).
Acony members or moderators cannot provide beta keys personally or reset your password for you. When the above mentioned tips don't help, please send an e-mail to community@aconygames.com, stating your problem, and providing as many details as possible like game-login details or forum nickname.
