Corrupt files on installation file

I keep getting corrupted clients. Tried to download from 3 different places. This is the first time I have this error. I downloaded plenty of clients on other games but this one is corrupted. I also tried downloading the same file 5 times. Anyone else having the same problems?

Do you use Microsoft Essentials ?

Tried on other computer also, still same corrupt client files.
